Join our Power Transmission and Distribution team as a Project Engineer with Electrical Engineering experience on our Operational Team to deliver complex work that matters to our business and the world around us.

As a Project Engineer, your role will be:

  • To formalize and specify a delivery solution,
  • To brief the solution to the working party and ensure it is followed and completed.

What you'll be doing

Joining our award-winning project management team as a Project Engineer, you'll:

  • Secure a future in an industry with significant investment

  • Manage, monitor, and motivate a multi-skilled team of engineers, subcontractors, and construction experts
  • Take responsibility for smaller projects or sections of larger projects
  • Set performance targets and analyze to ensure safety and quality standards
  • Be involved in procurement of subcontractors

  • Develop and deliver engineered solutions and briefs to the working party
  • Deliver activities safely, sustainably, on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Who we're looking for

You will have:

  • Experience and a track record in delivering electrical engineering projects
  • Experience supporting large infrastructure projects in our industry
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodology
  • Strong People Management and Commercial awareness, with knowledge of budgeting and financial control
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
