Our award-winning Managed IT Services client is looking for experienced Engineers & Consultants with MSP backgrounds to join their dynamic PS team.

The Role

As an IT Project Engineer, you will be a key technical expert, delivering end-to-end IT transformation projects. Your responsibilities include scoping, onboarding, migration, and implementation to shape modern IT environments for clients.

• Handle escalations and guide junior team members
• Contribute to process, standards, and technology improvements
• Identify and implement IT security, systems, and infrastructure enhancements

What You’ll Bring

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktops and servers
• Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Networking skills: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Switching, Wireless
• Virtualisation experience: Hyper-V, VMware, containerisation
• Citrix knowledge (desirable)
• Proactive learner and self-starter
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Associate or higher
• CCNA or higher
• Cloud certifications (Azure, GCP, etc.)

Additional Responsibilities

• Deliver and support IT projects (cloud, systems, security, hardware)
• Stakeholder communication and IT improvement recommendations
• Software advice and system testing
• Issue logging and resolution via ticketing system
• Documentation and knowledge base updates
• Contribute to revenue opportunities and report to management
• Follow ISMS standards and report concerns
