This Project Engineer (33kV SAP) will report to the Lead Operational Engineer and will work within UKPN Services based in our Bury St Edmunds office. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary of £80,574 plus car and a bonus of 3%.
Note: Successful candidates will need to undertake a medical and DBS reference check.

Job Purpose
Deliver projects in the DNO and Private sectors, including capital programmes and electrical infrastructure works, primarily in Bury St Edmunds but also across East Anglia, South East England, and potentially other UK Power Networks projects.
Seeking an experienced 33kV Operational Project Engineer to support the Project Team in providing engineering support, especially for critical 33kV activities, standby, and emergency cover.
Candidates must hold a DNO Full SAP Competency Certificate at 33kV or be working towards it.
Key responsibilities include ensuring safety, delivering construction and maintenance works, compliance, resource planning, collaboration with control teams, technical support, risk assessments, quality checks, customer relationship management, and out-of-hours emergency response.
