The Role:

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and delivering engineering projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and deliver engineering projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  4. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis to drive informed decision-making.

About You:
  1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent industry experience.
  2. Proven experience managing engineering projects within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of process improvement, automation, and equipment installation.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Knowledge of industry regulations, including health and safety standards.
