The Role:

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and delivering engineering projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and deliver engineering projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis to drive informed decision-making.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Provide technical expertise to support maintenance and operations teams.
7. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

About You:

1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent industry experience.
2. Proven experience managing engineering projects within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
3. Strong knowledge of process improvement, automation, and equipment installation.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Knowledge of industry regulations, including health and safety standards.
