Opportunity at Chubb Fire & Security: Project Engineer

Here at Chubb Fire & Security, we have an opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our technical onsite team in London (EC1A) on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves 50% travel within EMEA and is crucial to our ongoing success, working with global financial institutions.

Job Description: What You'll Be Doing

This position supports Chubb’s key accounts across the EMEA region. Overnight stays and travel are required for deployment duties. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Design, planning, and implementation of installation and service programs.
  2. Customer interactions pre- and post-sale, during deployment, and throughout the contract lifecycle.
  3. Understanding customer requirements and KPIs to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities
  • Develop collaborative relationships with Installation and Service teams to meet customer goals.
  • Coordinate with EMEA subcontractors and offices to understand project scope.
  • Lead design, coordination, and implementation of installations and programs.
  • Manage project planning and design from concept through to implementation.
Typical Decisions
  • Design parameters for components, deployment, and completion.
  • Identify issues and implement corrective actions or escalate as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment with a successful track record.
  • Ability to network with relevant groups and excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience with systems like Casi Rusco & AMAG Symmetry is ideal.
  • Knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Network/IP, and fire systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related data handling and planning tools.
Education
  • Program/Project Management qualification.
  • H&S accreditation.
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent; a university degree is desirable.
