Project Engineer

An outstanding opportunity has become available for a Project Engineer to join a well-established Engineering Company based in Aberdeen. In this role you will oversee all project activity from cradle to grave which will involve some travel to remote sites, however the role will mostly be office based in Aberdeen.

This company work on various Hydro projects and you will be joining them at an exciting time as they win regular contracts. The team you will be joining has ability to provide excellent support, giving you the best opportunity to be able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects through their full lifecycle.
• Travelling to site when required.
• Liaise closely with Senior Management.
• Oversee squads and liaise closely with site supervisors.
• Setting up sites and co-ordinating logistics.
• Interact with clients and hold meetings.
• Carry out surveys.
• Costing duties/ invoicing etc.

Essential:

• Mechanical Engineer Qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in a Project engineering role.

Beneficial:

• Experience within the Hydro sector.
