To be responsible for the ongoing management and business development of engineering quotes for both UK-based and worldwide sales. Ensure that quotes and projects are efficiently maintained and that excellent customer contact is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Provide high-quality service to the Sales Team, Control Planning & Office Manager, and Managing Director.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of information to facilitate the smooth operation of Hymec.
- Identify and assist in improving quality and efficiency while following all operational and technical procedures.
- Production Engineering - BOMs/Routings creation and updates.
- ECN Processing - control of all customer-driven changes.
- Project management.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all equipment used in Hymec’s manufacturing process.
- Provide general and technical support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Assist planning and production in managing work allocation and performance monitoring to meet client expectations.
- Develop effective communication channels and relationships to support new and existing clients.
- Assist in providing regular management reports and data, including daily machine utilization, to review performance in line with processes and KPIs.

- Engineering qualification and/or proven relevant engineering experience.
