What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions across enterprise environments
• Developing solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Teams
• Supporting discovery, architecture, and client handovers
• Collaborating with senior consultants and solution architects
• Learning and growing within a structured, supportive consultancy setup

You might currently be a:

• Project Engineer or Systems Engineer ready to take the next step
• M365/SharePoint/Power Platform expert working internally in a large business
• M365 Architect or Developer looking for more variety and responsibility
• Junior Consultant wanting more mentorship, less pressure, and more tech focus

What you’ll bring:

• Hands-on experience with M365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Confidence with low-code/no-code development and automation
• Familiarity with JSON, PowerFx, and ideally PowerShell
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A love for learning, problem-solving, and building elegant solutions
• Microsoft certifications (or a desire to earn them)
• Bonus: exposure to Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse, or agile delivery
