Your role:
As a Project Engineer, you will manage complex engineering projects by utilizing a designed project model to develop necessary milestones, ensuring adherence to time, quality and budget constraints. You will work as part of a multi-department team (Production, Quality, Validation, Planning, EHS, etc.), communicate project activities with internal functional groups and act as the direct contact for projects. Additionally, you will support the site's project roadmap and implement metrics to measure project execution.


Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering subject OR relevant project management/engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Project Engineering/Management experience within a related industry (Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Rail, Oil & Gas, Construction, etc.)
  • Knowledge of structured project management methodologies, preferably with formal project management accreditation.
  • Strong influencing, organizing, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing design, commissioning and validation activities in a GMP environment.
