The Role

Were seeking a proactive and technically astute Project Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Department. Youll play a pivotal role in managing complex engineering projects from concept through to production, acting as the technical bridge between customers, internal teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into robust technical specifications
• Drive DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) across all project stages
• Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Develop and execute comprehensive Verification & Validation (V&V) plans
• Scope and define design concepts that meet technical and commercial goals
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver detailed design outputs
• Lead DFMEA creation and maintenance
• Track and document progress against technical requirements
• Present project updates at gate reviews and key milestones
• Provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Undertake additional duties aligned with the scope of the role
  
  

What Youll Bring

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related discipline)
• Proven experience in project engineering within a manufacturing or automotive environment
• Strong understanding of DFMA, DFMEA, and V&V methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in engineering tools and project management software
