Responsibilities

1. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
2. Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
3. Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, representing them in the field.
4. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
5. Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
6. Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
7. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
8. Translate client needs and organize practical terms into required timelines for the team.
9. Maintain cleanliness to ensure health and safety standards on-site.
10. Resolve problems with the team, plans, and budget to ensure smooth project flow.
11. Identify potential problems, lead the team in developing solutions, and ensure implementation.
12. Host regular meetings with teams to build morale and inform them of daily activities.
13. Work with third-party contractors to develop viable timelines and working practices.
14. Work on multiple discipline projects.

Your Profile / Qualifications

1. Degree in Engineering or experience in relevant engineering fields (mechanical/electrical).
2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, translate product drawings into actionable process information, and develop design ideas and plans.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to cultivate good relationships.
4. Understanding of design and visualization software.
5. Excellent analytical and judgment skills.
6. Ability to work autonomously, set, and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build team morale and drive projects forward.
8. Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables, with a desire to produce high-quality products.
