Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

Youll support Project Management across various products, focusing on technical delivery such as circuit and equipment ordering, Risk and Method Statements, and resolving technical issues.

Youll assist with project ownership from initiation to customer operations, attend internal and external calls, and provide internal reports. Youll help identify and manage Risks, Issues, Actions, and Dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Adhering to Change Control Procedures is essential. Youll report time spent against what was sold to the customer and ensure quality by passing Gate Control Checks. Safety is vitalyoull promote health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.

What youll bring?

  • Youll have a Networking Technical Background specialising in circuit delivery and equipment ordering and Services and Solution Delivery
  • Youll come with a proactive approach to managing projects tasks and issues.
  • Well need you to have presentation and formal communicational skills
  • Youll be skilled and experienced in the Microsoft Office suite
