Project Engineer: Control Systems

Salary: GBP50k + generous benefits (dependent on experience)

Location: Derby

Due to continued success and strategic growth, they are seeking a high-caliber, enthusiastic, and dedicated Project Engineer to join their Industrial Automation team.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and test control systems using PLC code, configure SCADA packages, program in C and VBA, design electrical panels, and integrate audio-visual IP systems.
• Program various PLCs using Ladder Logic, Function Block, or Statement List according to FDS designs, as well as high-level languages like C, C++, VB, and VBA.
• Design and test electrical panels; configure CCTV, PA, and Emergency telephone systems over IP networks.
• Perform FAT under formal conditions to achieve client sign-off and commission systems on-site.
• Possess a degree/HND in control, electrical, electronic, or software engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in PLC/SCADA code development and hardware design.
