The Vacancy

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Champion Health and Safety in the workplace, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging unsafe behaviour.
2. Manage and oversee multiple projects with a proactive client focus.
3. Ensure project Detailers issue approval drawings to meet expectations and delivery dates.
4. Ensure production drawings are issued on time and in agreement with the production manager.
5. Ensure construction drawings are issued prior to product delivery, with fixing and installation guides attached.
6. Provide accurate drawings to minimise NCRs.
7. Maintain records for successful project management.
8. Produce Operation and Maintenance Manuals with project Detailers and upon client request.
9. Monitor and amend Product Delivery Dates to align with client programmes.
10. Quantify, order, and control brick requirements to avoid delays.
11. Hold regular client meetings to review progress and address issues.
12. Advise, quote, and claim for all cost variations.
13. Update the project database daily with accurate figures and prioritise workload accordingly.
14. Control carriage charges and recover unforeseen costs from clients.
15. Produce reports and presentations on project variations and financials.
16. Manage projects to prevent claims for delays.
17. Provide basic calculations for products, consulting the Structural Engineering team when needed.
18. Answer technical queries promptly with high customer service standards.
19. Attend office and site visits to develop relationships and resolve technical issues, providing reports afterward.
20. Uphold a customer-first service culture.
21. Develop and maintain client relationships, with regular communication.
22. Record and monitor customer service issues, including additional costs incurred.
23. Coach customers and conduct product presentations and training sessions.
24. Support colleagues in exceeding targets and meet KPIs.
25. Perform other tasks as required by market and business conditions.
