This growing material handling specialist is looking for an ambitious project engineer, who wants to develop into a managerial role with a company focused on investing in its staff. Work for a business that trusts its employees, encourages autonomy, and offers a 4-day working week.

This company specializes in the service and installation of various types of material handling equipment across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a project engineer to join their team. They value staff development and offer opportunities for progression into management.

Your Role as Project Engineer

• Primarily office-based, with 1-2 days per week on client sites.
• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously (about 10-15 projects).
• Handle projects ranging in value from £5,000 to £900,000.
• Assist with installations when required, including some hands-on work.

Requirements for the Project Engineer Role

• Background in installation, service, maintenance, or project engineering, or similar.
• Experience managing or assisting with projects, or hands-on installation/engineering knowledge.
• Knowledge of material handling, mechanical engineering, or related industries.
• Ex-forces engineers are welcome.
• Must be able to commute to Bromsgrove area.
