  • Quality & Technical Submittals: Review and approve technical submittals, equipment data sheets, and design packages; ensure rigorous QA/QC compliance across all M&E packages.

  • Planning & Progress Monitoring: Work closely with Project Managers and Planners to monitor installation progress against key milestone schedules and four-week look-ahead plans.

  • Testing & Commissioning Support: Collaborate with commissioning agents to prepare, execute, and document system testing (Levels 1-5) up to final handover.

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of project engineering experience within a construction, MEP contracting, or engineering consultancy environment.

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience on mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centres, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or complex industrial builds) is highly desirable.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems design, construction sequencing, building codes, and commissioning protocols for critical infrastructure.
