Job summary

Vitacress Salads recherche un Ingénieur Projet pour jouer un rôle fondamental dans la réalisation de nouveaux projets sur le site. Vous serez responsable de la direction de projets innovants, mettant l'accent sur la sécurité et l'efficacité, tout en collaborant étroitement avec des équipes d'ingénierie et des entrepreneurs. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de contribuer à l'amélioration continue et aux pratiques durables au sein d'une entreprise valorisant l'intégrité et l'innovation.

Qualifications

• Confiance dans l'interprétation de dessins CAD.
• Expérience dans le secteur alimentaire, des boissons ou pharmaceutique est un plus.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et à prendre des décisions.

Responsibilities

• Diriger les projets depuis le début, en rassemblant des informations et en apportant des améliorations.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes techniques et garantir le bon déroulement des travaux.
• Construire des relations solides avec les entrepreneurs pour assurer la livraison des projets dans les délais et le budget.

• You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering and site teams, ensuring every job runs safely, smoothly and to plan
• You'll build strong relationships with contractors, making sure projects are delivered on time, in full and on budget
• You'll challenge how we do things, always looking for ways to make our processes safer, simpler and more effective

With your electrical and mechanical qualifications, you'll be confident interpreting CAD drawings and navigating an engineering environment. If you've worked in food, drink or pharma, even better - but your problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are what really count.
