QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support a major capital expenditure project.

You will join a collaborative project team, advising on construction contracts, risk and delivery while engaging with stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to ensure commercial, pragmatic legal support throughout the project.

Competenze

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with solid construction law experience.
• Experience with NEC contracts and bespoke construction agreements.
• Experience supporting major capital expenditure projects.

Mansioni

• Provide legal advice on construction contracts and project documentation.
• Work with NEC contracts and bespoke construction agreements.
• Support the project team with contractual issues as they arise during the project.
• Provide practical advice on contractual risk, obligations and project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other project professionals.
• Engage with contractors, suppliers and external parties as required.
• Support the business through the ongoing delivery of the project.
• Provide ad hoc construction and contractual advice as required.
