Project Director - Super Prime Residential

My client are a leading main contractor in the prime residential and super prime residential market. Their name is synonymous with quality and the finest standard of finish that affords them an enviable pipeline of repeat business from discerning clientele. They are one of the longest established and most recognisable brand names in the construction and development of luxury residences in London and the South East. They have a very low staff turnover so opportunities at senior management level rarely arise. Owing to a steady increase in turnover in their North Hampshire region however, they now have an opportunity for a Project Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be managing the delivery of very high specification residential projects in prestigious locations, including some of their flagship projects. Their projects are predominantly refurbishments of grand homes with contract values ranging from £2m to £20m. Applicants will have previous experience working on projects of this type.
