A leading company in the water industry is seeking a Projects Director for a £150m project in Winchester. The role involves overseeing project delivery, ensuring safety standards, maintaining client relationships, and managing a team. We are looking to strengthen our Delivery team with a Projects Director covering a £150m project in Winchester on our CMDP Joint Venture Framework.
You will report directly to the Programme Director and will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of the project, ensuring consistency with company strategy by planning and evaluating project activities within the required time and tender estimate, without risking the health and safety of all concerned, while ensuring good customer satisfaction.

Desirable skills include experience in water and wastewater treatment plants, Chartered status, NEC Project Manager Accreditation, and advanced technical competencies in contract management, governance, budgeting, risk management, project planning, digital delivery, procurement, solutions development, stakeholder management, resource management, change management, and quality management. Behavioral competencies include communication, collaboration, client focus, results orientation, integrity, coaching, and leadership.
