This role oversees the technical and financial performance of all project teams in the UK and internationally.

Key Duties

• Lead project planning, including programme, financial management, risk, budgets, and technical performance.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, managing external teams and coordination.
• Represent Buro Happold to clients.
• Oversee technical management and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with Buro Happold quality management systems.

Skills and Experience

• Strong civil infrastructure design background.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging at senior levels.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects UK and overseas, including financial and technical oversight.
• Proven ability to manage risks, priorities, and expectations.
• Leadership in fee estimates, proposals, and negotiations.
• Membership of a relevant professional body.
