THE OPPORTUNITY

Holland Construction Services is seeking a Project Director to lead multiple project teams that are responsible for successful completion of complex construction projects. The Project Director will oversee projects ranging from $10-20M in revenue. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company at an exciting time for Holland Construction Services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Leads multiple project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Oversees project budgets and manages cost.
  • Manages Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Participates in contract negotiations and debriefs teams on final contract requirements.
  • Follows up on new business opportunities, while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Directs risk management controls and implementation.
  • Identifies manpower needs for market sector(s) and works collaboratively with leadership to plan for immediate and long-term needs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 10 years of experience managing construction projects for a General Contractor.
  • Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
