Overview

A leading, international civil engineering and building company with a turnover exceeding £250m has an opportunity for a Project Director to take charge of a prestigious, high rise residential scheme in South London that is due to start early in 2017.

The company works on a wide range of projects, providing a first class service to clients in private and public sectors, with regional offices and locally staffed teams delivering a complete construction service using internal labour and plant resources.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of a prestigious new build, high rise residential scheme comprising an 18-storey RC frame building with 200+ units in South London.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring time, budget and quality targets are met for a project value circa £55m.
• Lead the project team and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from early planning through to handover.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering similar high rise residential schemes for a reputable main contractor.
• Experience overseeing high rise RC frame developments is essential.
