Are you a Project Director with experience delivering Data Centre Projects for a Main Contractor in the UK or Europe?

This specialist Main Contractor negotiates 41% of its workload and has maintained this for the past 2 years.

Currently working for a Tier 1 Contractor and seeking greater influence within your company? Want to take ownership and be rewarded with potential development beyond the Project Director level?

We are seeking a Project Director for a major Data Centre project based in Amsterdam, with extensive experience in Data Centre project completions.

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will have full P+L responsibility for the project. You will be given autonomy to make decisions and generate profit on site. Building a strong relationship with the client is essential, as they are a key long-term partner and strategic to the group’s growth plans.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to oversee all aspects of project management on a Data Centre project in The Netherlands.

Key requirements from our client include:

• Good communication skills – comfortable engaging with clients and managing a team
• Proven experience with major Data Centre projects
• Ability to lead a PSA and coordinate all phases from planning, design, and technical execution
• Open to candidates with trades or degree backgrounds
• Track record on projects valued at £75 million or more in the UK, Ireland, or Europe
