London based office, hybrid model, 3 days a week
Up to £140,000 DOE

Piper Maddox have recently begun supporting an international, leading power producer. They are a major player in the clean energy transition, working across several renewable energy technologies, data centres and Power-To-X projects.

This role is at the heart of the company, leading projects from a technical and grid perspective. You'll have a varied role here, working on multiple technologies, including renewable generation sources, data centres and Power-To-X projects.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Finding solutions to engineering issues surrounding projects and grid work. A strong background in grid, substation designs, engineering and construction would be valued for this role.
2. Business development, to win new work in various sectors. Previous experience working with various stakeholders including EPCs, contractors and project teams would be beneficial.
3. Working closely with clients, owners engineers and EPC partners.

Required Skills:

1. Strong skills in substation design, grid and data centres.
2. Mid scale EPC/EPCM projects, contractor side/client side experience.
3. Excellent UK market knowledge within the grid market with a strong network.
4. Project management qualifications & experience.
