This is a very exciting time to be joining this global consultancy business. Located in London's West End, this team has delivered some of London's most coveted real estate projects in the Hotel, Residential, and Office Markets.

Position: Project Director

As the Project Director, you will manage and lead schemes in the region of £20million to £100million+ in construction value and lead a team of Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead construction projects valued between £20million to £100million+.
2. Lead a team of Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Ensure delivery of private sector projects with Developers across commercial, mixed-use, hotels, or high-rise residential.
4. Manage projects from early RIBA stages through PCSA and handover.

Qualifications

Candidates are expected to have:

1. A proven track record of delivering private sector projects.
2. 10+ years of experience in the Project Management consultancy market in the UK or client-side experience in a Project Management capacity.

Additional Information

This firm is technical in their approach and has built an excellent reputation with their clients for delivering a 'first class' service. On offer is a salary of up to £105,000 plus a benefits package. This firm offers some flexible working, but it is dependent on workload and client commitment.
