Project Director – MEP Bias (Data Centres) | Leeds

Location: Leeds, UK

Salary: £100,000 – £130,000 + package

We are recruiting on behalf of a close client, a leading main contractor specialising in data centre construction. They are seeking an experienced Project Director with an MEP bias to lead the delivery of major data centre projects, from pre-construction through to on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery from pre-construction to completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring MEP packages are executed to the highest standard.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to drive successful outcomes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale MEP/data centre projects for a main contractor.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing project teams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to drive project performance.
• Willingness to be based in or travel to Leeds as required.
