Fit Out and Refurbishment main contractor who specialise in the commercial office sector. Turnover circa £150m, project sizes £1m - £40m.

Work is a mixture of fast-track Cat B fit out and more complex cut & carve refurbishments.

The Role - Project Director

• Extensive experience in Cat B Commercial Office Fit Out in Central London (projects £5 - £25m+)
• 'Work-winning' - you will have existing relationships with clients/consultants that you can draw upon/utilise.
• Running projects from initial conception, through tender, preconstruction and oversight of delivery with Project/Senior Project Managers reporting into you.
• Willingness to work in Central London 5 days per week.
