Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Project Director to lead a £80 million flagship new build in London, taking on-site responsibility from demolition through to handover.

Lead a team of assistants and senior managers, coordinating with design, commercial and operations to drive the programme and deliver on time and to budget.

Job description

I am currently working with a strong Tier One Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for a Project Director, to lead on a £80 Million, new build project. A good understanding of the whole build process from groundworks, Frame, Façade and Fit Out, will be essential. You would oversee this as no1 on site, and take the project from demo, through to handover, while managing a team of Assistants and Senior Managers.
