Are you an experienced Project Director looking for the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established property consultancy, is seeking a driven Project Director to lead their Project Management team in Birmingham.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in the residential and/or commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will bring their own client network and the ambition to grow a successful team while delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the Project Management team.
• Oversee and manage projects within the residential and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Provide strategic input into business growth and team development.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in Project Management, within a consultancy environment.
• Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• A strong client network and the ability to generate new business.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent professional qualification (preferred but not essential).

What’s on Offer?

• £120,000 - £150,000 per annum (depending on experience)
