Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Clients to define and scope the required outcomes of identified and potential Hub projects
Identify and secure appropriate and affordable funding solutions
Translate local and policies into business cases and development plans, including place, net zero, inclusive economic growth, digital, and other emerging policies
Coordinate feasibility studies and establish project teams as needed
Assess and mitigate key risks associated with proposed developments
Support and promote the implementation of the North Infrastructure Commission
Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery from initial inception through to on-site completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
Understanding of public sector processes and the ability to align Hub activities with these requirements
Ability to manage innovation within a highly regulated environment
Experience in preparing business cases and project bidding
Organised, structured, and professional, with a passion for excellence
Flexible, resilient, and capable of influencing and building relationships with key stakeholders
Commitment to excellent customer service, with a passionate and enthusiastic approach
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
