Job Summary

This busy retailer is looking for a Project Development Surveyor to join their small in-house property team. Coming from either a Building Surveying or Project Management background, you'd be tasked with managing various new store roll-outs and large refurbishments across the portfolio. Working alongside internal designers, you'll cover the Midlands and North, visiting sites to monitor progress, leading and managing external consultants, and ensuring CDM and Building Control duties are met.

Ideally, you'll have some form of chartership, such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar, and experience with contract administration. Retail experience is not mandatory but beneficial.

If you're currently at a property consultancy and wish to move client-side, this role offers excellent career potential.
