Responsibilities and Duties

1. Reporting to the Engineering and Design Director, you will:
2. Lead project development and stakeholder engagement with clients, regulatory bodies, and supply chain partners, translating technical concepts into accessible language.
3. Manage and support the delivery of decarbonisation projects, including feasibility studies and retrofit implementations.
4. Conduct techno-economic assessments covering measures such as heat pumps, PV installations, HVAC upgrades, and ECMs (Energy Conservation Methods).
5. Develop costed energy and carbon models aligned with net-zero targets and funding eligibility criteria.
6. Prepare and manage PSDS and other grant applications, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.
7. Provide technical due diligence for proposed building energy improvements and retrofit solutions.
8. Oversee project lifecycles from concept and design through to implementation and post-installation.
