Project Development Manager - HVAC & Building Services - Midlands


An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Development Manager to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in business development within the HVAC/Building Services sector, this role offers the chance to drive growth and build key relationships across construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and expand business in multi-storey, healthcare, education, office, and leisure sectors.

  • Build relationships with developers, specifiers, and key decision-makers to drive project sales.

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage routes to market.

  • Oversee projects from specification to M&E contract award.

  • Deliver CPDs and presentations to industry professionals.

  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions.

  • Track projects and maintain CRM records.


What We're Looking For:



  • Proven experience in external sales and specification.

  • Strong background in business development and account management.

  • HVAC technical knowledge

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.


What's on Offer?



  • Salary up to £55k + bonus + company car

  • Hybrid working (60-80% external, 20-40% office/home)
