  • Assess the suitability of land from a planning, environmental, technical, grid and development risk perspective.
  • Analyse wind and other meteorological data to develop and optimise wind turbine and solar site layouts.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of early-stage feasibility projects.
  • Complete high-level financial modelling to assess the economic viability of new projects.
  • Support in the preparation and presentation of internal approval memos for projects seeking budget approval and coordinate the associated governance process with the relevant Cubico teams.
  • Identify and liaise with landowners and their agents, and where required, provide support in negotiation of Exclusivity, Heads of Terms and Option and Lease agreements.
  • Supporting the team with anticipating and mitigating development risk.
  • Management of internal and external resources to meet milestones and delivery of projects
  • Undertake site visits to assess site feasibility and accompany the land team to discuss proposed projects with landowners.
