With cutting edge technology and a relentless commitment to precision, we develop and manufacture the world’s quietest, smoothest-gliding curtains and blinds.

We are seeking a Project Design Engineer to join our talented team. In this exciting role, you will take responsibility for developing innovative products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Silent Gliss UK and Silent Gliss International to enhance the existing product range.
  • Identify, develop and implement innovative design solutions that will shape the future of shading and privacy technology.
  • Contribute creative ideas and find solutions to product challenges.
  • Manage product development projects independently from concept to completion.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of new developments and carefully analyse and document the results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Qualified as a design/electrical/mechanical engineer or equivalent professional experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Fully proficient in 3D CAD software (ideally SolidWorks).
  • Structured, driven and a high level of initiative.
  • Enjoys working on diverse tasks and exploring innovative technologies.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
