Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the delivery of critical Minor Works projects for Transport for London (TfL), including CCTV, PA/VA, and Speaker Systems. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely with two days per week at our Canning Town office.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the end-to-end delivery of Minor Works projects for TfL
• Prepare cost estimates and quotes for new projects
• Assist with project mobilisation plans and tracking milestones
• Monitor project finances and performance
• Coordinate daily activities of project teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with QEHS standards
• Gather inputs for monthly contract reviews

Who You Are:

A proactive, organized professional with experience in project coordination or management, preferably in infrastructure sectors. You communicate clearly, work well under pressure, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Rail, Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities projects
