Assistant Project Manager - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

At Telent, we empower our people to lead projects that keep the UK’s essential infrastructure connected and protected 24/7. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the delivery of critical works, including CCTV, PA/VA, and Speaker Systems, within our partnership with Transport for London (TfL). This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely with two days per week in our Canning Town office.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of Minor Works projects for TfL
  • Prepare cost estimates and quotes for new projects
  • Assist with project mobilisation plans and milestone tracking
  • Monitor project finances and performance
  • Coordinate project teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with QEHS standards
  • Contribute to monthly contract reviews
Who You Are:

You are proactive, organized, and experienced in project coordination or management, preferably within infrastructure sectors. You communicate effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments, working well with diverse stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in Rail, Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities projects
