Job summary

A leading project management firm based in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager. This role focuses on overseeing health checks across telecom sites, ensuring structural safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of project management experience in telecoms and strong structural/engineering knowledge. You will manage inspections, stakeholder communications, and reports while ensuring project delivery meets strict SLAs. This position offers some field-based work with minimal office attendance.

Overview
  • Project Delivery Manager - Rooftop Viability
  • Initial 12 month FTC
  • Field Based (2 days per month in office)
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Sponsorship

This is a fantastic role for someone with:

  • Tower/Rooftop project expertise
  • A strong Build/Structural background
  • Solid knowledge of CDM Regulations
  • Experience in Stakeholder engagement & data reporting
  • Confidence in managing inspections, surveys, risk assessments, and condition reporting

This role focuses on carrying out health checks across the Telco's sites, ensuring structural safety and compliance. You\'ll begin with drone surveys of rooftop sites to capture critical data, then produce reports highlighting any required changes or remedial actions.

Working closely with customers and suppliers, you\'ll ensure SLAs are met while providing guidance and support throughout the process.

About the Role

We\'re seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager with a strong structural/build background to oversee health checks and improvement works across telecoms sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and managing inspections, surveys, and reporting on site conditions.
  • Overseeing improvement works and ensuring compliance with CDM and H&S regulations.
  • Working closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and engineering/design teams to assess risks, recommend improvements, and deliver on SLAs.
  • Managing project governance, risks, budgets, and reporting to keep delivery on track.
  • Producing estate-wide condition and risk profiles from technical and structural reports.
What We\'re Looking For
  • 3+ years' project management experience in telecoms, design & build, or infrastructure.
  • Strong structural/engineering knowledge with experience on towers and rooftop sites.
  • Solid understanding of telecom site construction, structural assessments, and CDM regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Confident handling large datasets and producing clear reports.
