Location: Redditch

Salary: £45,000 Plus benefits

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

Reed is delighted to be working with a respected client in Redditch to recruit an experienced Project Delivery Manager with a strong background in the automotive sector. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic organisation, offering the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects from concept through to delivery.

You’ll be responsible for managing complex project lifecycles, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and stakeholder alignment. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry experience, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to leadership and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external partners
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Manage scope, timeline, and budget changes using structured processes
