Salary:

Circa £60,000 depending on skills and experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work collaboratively with organisations and functions to gather requirements and ensure that they are deliverable.
• Participate in regular reviews to establish demand requirements regarding scope and change for allocated work.
• Champion change by implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Undertake systems testing and validation, providing feedback to stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs to ensure that outputs align with service delivery.

Your Skills And Experiences

• Have a strong Project Management background or relevant experience in an Engineering Lead/Management role, with good exposure to the Lifecycle Management Cycle and framework.
• Possess knowledge of core project management capabilities such as Planning & Scheduling, Risk & Opportunity management, lifecycle management, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate clearly across functions, business streams, and project boundaries, working effectively across all levels of the organization.
