Project Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team for our Anglian Water contract based in Norwich.

Location: Norwich - Whitlingham, with a mixture of office/site visits and working from home.

Hours: Permanent, full-time with some flexibility on hours available. Please discuss your preferences during the interview.

Responsibilities: We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee our Anglian Water IOS contract (integrated operational solutions). The role involves working across disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation, focusing on new construction, replacement, or repair at water treatment works across the region. You will be responsible for implementing strategic objectives, ensuring safe, quality, and sustainable delivery of the contract.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Managing revenue and margin in line with budgets, preparing detailed delivery plans, and securing skilled resources to meet these plans.
• Planning contract terms, working methods, resources, and systems to meet contractual requirements and delivery timelines.
• Developing efficient, integrated teams to outperform business targets, overseeing OBAs to minimize operational risks while maintaining controls.
• Collaborating with all business areas and partners to ensure optimal resource utilization and consistent performance across processes and practices.

What Are We Looking For?

This Delivery Manager role is ideal if you have:

• A comprehensive understanding of current H&S Legislation, Water Law & Regulations, with awareness of HSWA & CDM.
• Effective management of teams to ensure operations are consistent, efficient, and deliver excellent customer service, water quality, and H&S standards.
• Compliance with regulatory standards, quality, environmental management, and risk assessment.
