Job summary

bpha is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of residential development projects from procurement through to completion in Bedford with hybrid working. Two vacancies: permanent full-time and 12-month FTC.

You will take ownership of project delivery, managing budgets, programmes, risks and stakeholder relationships to ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering residential development projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, construction and planning processes.
• Experience managing project budgets, programmes and risks.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience working in the housing sector with Homes England funding knowledge.
• Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

£57,000 including £2000 car allowance

You'll take ownership of project delivery, managing budgets, programmes, risks and stakeholder relationships to ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
