Please note that this is a national role and will involve extensive travel. Join us as a Project Delivery Lead of the Group. Our projects span across England and Scotland, and we're excited about the continued growth and expansion of the business. Be the driving force of the transformation! We're seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Delivery Lead to mobilise and implement projects that will transform and strengthen our services across England and Scotland.
Are you a master of organisation, a natural problem-solver, and a champion of turning plans into reality? If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same, where you'll drive real impact in healthcare services, and where your skills can truly shine, then this is the opportunity for you!
You will have a strong background in leading organisational change initiatives, including the mobilization of new services, partnerships, or growth opportunities.
The post holder must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to create detailed project plans, and the capability to allocate resources effectively. From mobilising new services to driving organic growth and forging partnerships, we're constantly evolving, and we need you to help us make it happen!
