Job Summary

Please note that this is a national role and will involve extensive travel. Join us as a Project Delivery Lead of the Group. Our projects span across England and Scotland, and we're excited about the continued growth and expansion of the business. Be the driving force of the transformation! We're seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Delivery Lead to mobilise and implement projects that will transform and strengthen our services across England and Scotland.

Main duties of the job

Are you a master of organisation, a natural problem-solver, and a champion of turning plans into reality? If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same, where you'll drive real impact in healthcare services, and where your skills can truly shine, then this is the opportunity for you!

You will have a strong background in leading organisational change initiatives, including the mobilization of new services, partnerships, or growth opportunities.

The post holder must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to create detailed project plans, and the capability to allocate resources effectively. Additionally, strong analytical skills are essential to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. While a deep understanding of NHS services, particularly primary and urgent care, is not essential, it would be advantageous. As a leading provider of General Practice and Urgent Care Services, we're proud to partner with the NHS to deliver high-quality healthcare to communities across the UK.

From mobilising new services to driving organic growth and forging partnerships, we're constantly evolving, and we need you to help us make it happen!
