Job summary

CMR Jobs Limited partners with a fast-growing group to drive real improvements across people, systems and technology. This is hands-on work where you’ll make change happen, not just talk about it, and you’ll see tangible results as initiatives are rolled out.

You’ll identify inefficiencies, lead automation and integration projects, and turn data into meaningful dashboards. Working with senior leaders, you’ll influence decisions and ensure new solutions fit into and improve everyday operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business improvement or technology projects.
• Experience in improving processes and operating models.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, Power BI, Microsoft 365, automation tools or system integration is a big advantage.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a naturally curious problem-solver who understands technology, loves improving processes and gets a real buzz from making businesses better.

You’ll ideally bring experience in project delivery, business transformation, systems implementation or operational improvement.

Knowledge of CRM platforms, Power BI, Microsoft 365, automation tools or systems integration would be a big advantage.

Experience in professional services would be great, but your ability to get things done matters more!
