Job Title: Project Delivery Administrator

Job Overview:

You will provide administration support to the business, working in a fast-paced environment which will require reactive responses to achieve a positive outcome. Dealing with engineer’s, customer and supplier enquiries via phone or email.

Accurately Logging asset and warranty data from work sheets on to the In house system to enable the production of the Operation and Maintenance manuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to any incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Update customer records with any new information.
  • Liaise with the Project delivery team on any issues you are made aware of.
  • Electronic filing of any documents that are relevant
  • Log asset information and serial numbers onto the Airedale system from engineer work sheets
  • Booking site training dates with manufacturers for completed projects
  • Ordering company stationery & uniform
  • Completing both electronic and hard copies of the operation & maintenance manuals as and when requested
  • Franking outgoing mail and collecting incoming mail
  • Sending Asset tags to sites for any direct to site deliveries
  • Completing weekly asset & warranty logs for certain customers
  • Processing direct to site orders when required

Experience Required:

  • Office administration/customer service experience.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proactive and reliable with a "can do" attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
