A growing consultancy in London is looking for a Project-level Cost Consultant to join their team. A growing consultancy is seeking a Project-level Cost Consultant to join its London office. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career quantity surveyor looking to build their experience on a variety of asset types across the commercial, residential, and retail sectors.

You will work alongside experienced cost professionals on a diverse project portfolio, gaining direct client exposure and contributing to both cost planning and project delivery. This position offers full APC support and a clear pathway to chartership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cost planning, tendering, procurement, and contract administration
  • Support senior colleagues in project delivery across various sectors
  • Attend client meetings and help produce reports and cost estimates
  • Contribute to due diligence and feasibility assessments
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders including agents and solicitors

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related field
  • Working toward or enrolled on the APC pathway
  • Some consultancy or construction experience (e.g., placement, graduate role)
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills
  • Eagerness to learn, develop, and gain chartership
