  • Lead efforts to streamline and modernise procedures to reflect how the company operates today.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that align with strategic business goals.
  • Own the relationship with the third-party ISO 9001 auditor and maintain ISO 9001 certification.
  • Maintain and report on corporate functional KPIs for monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Audit the effectiveness of processes to confirm conformance, identify non-conformities, and support ongoing improvements.
  • Lead the Management Review process, ensuring it reflects current operations and strategic direction.
  • Plan and manage quality awareness and education programmes for all employees.

Project Quality Leadership:

  • Create and implement Project Quality Plans tailored to specific client and project needs.
  • Develop and manage project audit schedules and ensure project compliance with QMS.
  • Act as subject matter expert and interface between customers and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) for all project quality matters.
  • Provide prompt, clear, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on quality issues.
  • Develop effective reporting on project quality performance and metrics.
  • Coordinate delivery and tracking of project-specific quality requirements.

Key Personal Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in workflow/process mapping, waste elimination (Lean principles), and operational streamlining.
  • Extensive experience with quality requirements for technically complex projects, including engineering and economic planning for large-scale infrastructure.
  • Understanding of front-end development stages in energy projects, ideally within the energy transition space.
  • Proven ability to review, develop, and update organisational procedures to reflect current operational practices.
  • Experience in scale-up or evolving business environments is beneficial.
  • HSSE exposure is a plus, though not essential.
  • Proven background in client-facing, project-driven roles.
  • Trained and experienced in quality audits and ISO 9001 systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving methodologies, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Effective change agent with a track record of implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Able to prioritise, manage workload independently, and lead closure of improvement actions.
