Project Coordinator (Utilities Connections / Construction)

You will need to be based commutable to Birmingham. This will include travel across the UK due to the nature of the projects. The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 (D.O.E) + Company Bonus + Pension + Training & Development.

The Role:
  • Coordinate all logistics, documentation, scheduling, and permits for demolition projects, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
  • Manage service disconnections, site mobilisation, security, testing, and waste disposal in line with project requirements.
  • Serve as a key communication link between internal teams, external contractors, and local authorities.
  • This will include travel across the UK due to the nature of the projects
The Person:
  • You will need a construction background but any knowledge of demolition projects would be a huge advantage
  • Knowledge of utilities connections and experience having dealt with Utilities companies is essential
  • Strong proven experience in managing logistics, documentation, scheduling, and coordination of external resources
