Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator specializing in shop fit-out projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the fit-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Labour Allocation: Plan and assign tasks to team members to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
2. Report Analysis: Review project reports to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
3. Scope of Works: Manage the scope of works to align with project goals and timelines.
4. Night Shift Management: Make sure the night shifts ran smoothly and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
5. Night Ahead Preparation: Plan for upcoming night shifts to maintain project continuity.
6. Material Coordination: Ensure all necessary materials are available on-site and accounted for.
